CREATIVENESS: ONLY IN NIGERIA LOL

This is a true story, apparently owner of this building (In Nigeria) decided to add  actual 4th floor to the building. Look at the foundation of the building. The house was built  30 years ago as bungalow and 10 years ago the owner decided to add second floor, third floor and now as you can see owner is adding 4 floor.... Isn't this dangerous???...May be i am paranoid but this is not safe at all
