HALLE BERRY WANTS CHILD SUPPORT SLASHED

When the dust settled after Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubrey’s ugly custodial dispute, Halle was left with a gigantic $16,000 per month child support payments. Considering that this adds up to nearly $200,000 annually, we’d say that this was fantastic news for Gabriel.

Things are so good that Halle claims her former beau has ceased working altogether. But if the “Extant” actress has it her way, his gravy train will be coming to an end very soon.

According to TMZ, Halle recently filed legal documents asking the judge presiding over their custody case to reduce her monthly payments from $16,000 to $3,000.
She argues that because Gabriel has ceased working and is living solely off of her monthly child support payments, he’s abusing the system.Halle also argues that Gabriel is perfectly capable of working and that if payments are reduced to $3,000, their 6-year-old daughter, Nahla, would still be able to live comfortably if supplemented with his income.

Halle and Gabriel currently have joint custody of the elementary schooler, with each of them having her 50% of the time.
