100 MOST INFLUENTIAL AFRICANS OF 2014 ACCORDING TO AFRICAN MAGAZINE

African magazine have names 100 most influential Africans of 2014 and apparently our dear presdient Jakaya Kikwete name is missing on the list.Four African Heads of State made the list of the 100 Most Influential Africans for 2014. 
President Kenyatta, President al-Sisi of Egypt, President Déby of Chad and President Museveni of Uganda. All have featured prominently in 2014 with the latter two playing important roles mediating regional conflicts.Does that mean our charming and handsome president is not so popular than Musevein?.
