President Jakaya Kikwete is in United state for medical medical check up. As usual we Tanzanians have a tendency of blaming our president for everything that he does weather its good or bad....I am glad that Mr Ligate put this straight on Instagram...see Mr ligate comment after the cut....Well said Mr ligate.
